  • UPS Simple Rate (Ground, 3–5 days, up to 50 lbs):
    • Small (up to 250 cu. in.): $12–$18
    • Medium (251–650 cu. in.): $15–$22
  • FedEx One Rate (3-day, up to 50 lbs):
    • Envelope: $15–$20
    • Small Box: $25–$30

1.2 Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
  • FedEx Express: 1–3 business days

1.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses. Due to new customs regulations effective April 2025, shipments valued over $800 may face additional fees or delays. We do not ship internationally at this time.

1.4 Free Shipping

Free USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping is available on orders over $100, subject to availability. This offer may be limited due to rising carrier costs from 2025 tariffs.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2.1 Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they are:

  • Unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Not marked as “Final Sale” (e.g., clearance items, trading cards, or custom products).

Non-returnable items include gift cards, perishable goods, and items damaged due to misuse. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.
  4. Drop off the package at a USPS, UPS, or FedEx location or schedule a pickup.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which can be deducted from the refund.
